Refund policy

Session bookings (weddings, family beach sessions and events)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is charged on the day of your shoot. Because weather on the Gulf Coast is hard to predict, if conditions make shooting unsafe or impossible we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, and your deposit carries over to the new date. Deposits are not refunded for client cancellations.

 

Fine art prints

Every print is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size. If your print arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email thecrawfordportfolio@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send the damaged item back.

 

Order changes and cancellations

Print orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing thecrawfordportfolio@gmail.com. After that, your print is already in production.
